Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
The delivery time depends on the type of jewelry you order.
Ready-to-ship jewelry:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After processing, delivery usually takes 6–8 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days.
Personalized jewelry:
Personalized pieces may take longer because they are made especially for you. If a product requires personalization, the estimated delivery time will be shown on the product page or shared by our customer support team.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order through the Track Order page on our website.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum order requirement.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes, jewelry makes a beautiful gift. Please make sure the shipping address is correct before completing your order. If gift packaging is available, this will be shown on the product page or at checkout.
Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Mountain Time may be processed the next business day.
My order shows as delivered, but I haven’t received it
Sometimes a package can be marked as delivered shortly before it actually arrives. Please check:
- Your mailbox or front door area
- Safe or hidden places near your home
- Neighbors, housemates, or building reception
- Your local carrier using the tracking number

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
This may still be possible if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@zayore.com with your order number and the correct shipping address.
My tracking hasn’t updated for several days — what should I do?
Tracking updates can sometimes take a little longer, especially while the package is moving between carrier locations. If there has been no update for several business days, please contact us at info@zayore.com.
Orders & Changes
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, we offer a 24-hour cancellation window. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@zayore.com.
If your order has already been processed, shipped, or production has started for a personalized item, cancellation may no longer be possible.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation — what should I do?
After every purchase, an order confirmation is sent by email. Please first check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find your confirmation, contact us at info@zayore.com.
I made a mistake in my personalization. Can I still change it?
If production has not yet started, we may still be able to update your personalization. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct details.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my jewelry?
Yes. You can return eligible items within 30 days after receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
Personalized jewelry cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective.
How do I return my jewelry?
Please email us at info@zayore.com within 30 days after receiving your package. Include your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer support team will provide return instructions.
Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
If the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective, there is no return cost for the customer.
For customer remorse, such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed. Refunds usually appear on your original payment method within 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes, exchanges may be possible for eligible items. Please contact us at info@zayore.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.

Is the jewelry water-resistant?
Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear and is water-resistant. To keep your jewelry looking beautiful for as long as possible, we recommend avoiding direct contact with perfume, lotions, cleaning products, chlorine, salt water, and harsh chemicals.

Will your jewelry tarnish or cause irritation?
Our jewelry is selected for comfortable everyday wear. However, jewelry care and skin sensitivity can vary from person to person. To protect the finish, avoid direct contact with perfume, lotion, sweat, chlorine, salt water, and harsh chemicals.
How do I keep my jewelry shiny?
Clean your jewelry gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing it. Store it in a safe, dry place when not in use. We recommend taking it off before sleeping, showering, swimming, or exercising.
Does the jewelry look exactly like in the photo?
Yes, our jewelry is made to match the product photos as closely as possible. Small differences in color, shine, or finish may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or handmade details.
Warranty
Do you offer a warranty or guarantee?
Yes, we provide a 30-day guarantee on all purchases. If there is an issue with your item, please contact us within 30 days after receiving your order.
What is covered?
The guarantee covers items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective. Please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
What is not covered?
The following are not covered:
- Damage caused by misuse or accidental damage

- Lost items after confirmed delivery
Do I need a warranty certificate?
No, you do not need a separate warranty certificate. Your order confirmation email can be used as proof of purchase.
