How long does it take to receive my order?
The delivery time depends on the type of jewelry you order.
Without personalization (Ready to Ship)
These pieces are ready to be shipped. You will receive your order within 7–10 working days.
With personalization
These pieces are made especially for you, finished by hand from start to finish with your personal details. That's why it takes a little longer. The total delivery time is 14–16 working days.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days after receiving it, as long as the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
Please note that personalized jewelry cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged or defective.
Is the jewelry water-resistant and does it not discolor?
Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear and is water-resistant. To keep it looking beautiful for as long as possible, we recommend avoiding direct contact with perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
Do I need a warranty certificate?
No, you do not need a separate warranty certificate. Your order confirmation email can be used as proof of purchase.
Can I still change my personalization after ordering?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your personalized item has not yet gone into production, we will do our best to update it for you.
Does the jewelry look exactly like in the photo?
Yes, the jewelry is made to match the product photos as closely as possible. Small differences in color or finish may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or handmade details.
